Is My Husband Doing This Right

Learn about a woman who is questioning whether her husband is digitally fluent.

Case #: 1380

Concern:

After my husband fingers me I get cramps and the muscles tighten up what could be causing this problem? Is he not doing it right?

Discussion:

During my time here at Herballove, I've come across a lot of cases of women not having the best time in bed. Either because they're uncomfortable in some areas or they've completely lost their once rambunctious libidos.

A High Tolerance

I've found that women who are feeling pain or soreness during or post-intercourse do not voice their pains and continue to suffer in the darkness because they're embarrassed.

This is why I love my job! I get to tell women all over that it's okay to voice these problem and that there is a solution.

Multiple Causes

There is literally a plethora of reasons why women may experience painful intercourse seasons, or dyspareunia. Anything from skin disorders, to having a tipped uterus could be the foundation for uncomfortable sex. Unfortunately, studies have shown that around sixty percent of women will experience some sort of vaginal pain during, before, or after a sexual encounter. However, the exact location or regularity of the genital pain can vary immensely.

Some other common causes include, but are not limited to; improper lubrication, fear of intimacy, allergies, vaginal infection or inflammation. If you've ever experienced any of these symptoms, there's a good chance that they could be linked with your vaginal pain.

Endless Possibilities

Whatever the reason, there's no way for me to be sure that your husband is “doing it right,” or not. What I can tell you is what feels amazing: The Finger Plier Screwing Technique. Show this technique to your husband and it will do wonders for your sex life.

I would also recommend trying to completely relax before engaging in intercourse. I know as a woman, this can be hard at times, with all the stray thoughts that seem to wonder into our heads at the most inconvenient times. However, it is important to try to maintain a head clear of those thoughts during sex. It will help to keep your head in the game, so to speak.

You can try some form of meditation to help relax you, and also let four play last a bit longer than usual. Sometimes it's just a matter of having our bodies fully prepared to receive pleasure through longer sessions of four play before the actual penetration.

Talk To Your Doctor If

If by chance you've noticed any additional symptoms such as inflammation of the genital area, or you've experienced dry patches of skin on, or around the vaginal region, you should notify your doctor immediately. Though it may be a slightly embarrassing call to make, it could also be the most important.
